Accounting Manager, Nicosia – ACM/05/24

Our client, an established and approved Administrative Services Provider (ASP) Regulated by CYSEC, is currently looking to recruit an Accounting Manager to join their team in Nicosia. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of all financial results of our clientele, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in giving guidance and accounting advice to the accounting department. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results including P&L statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Conduct thorough review and analysis of monthly financial results, comparing them to prior years and budgets.
• Supervision & Preparation of the Bookkeeping of the companies.
• Supervision & Preparation of Tax, VAT, VIES reports.
• Supervision & Preparation of Payroll & Social Insurance, GESY reports.
• Liaise with Clients, Suppliers, Banks, and External Auditors.
• Liaise with Local Authorities.
• Liaise with Registrar of Companies.
• Take overall responsibility for reporting and analyzing the revenue cycle of the organization, employing a hands-on approach to data analysis aimed at improving controls and results.
• Identify and address tax and VAT issues.

Position’s Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, partly qualified, LCCI Higher, CAT.
• Have 4-5 years accounting experience in Accounting Firm.
• Good knowledge of Cyprus Taxation, VAT regulations, Payroll, Social Insurance, Registrar of Companies.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of accounting software packages and computer literate.
• Fluent in both the Greek and English languages.
• Strong team leadership, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Minimum travel required.

2000-2500 gross * 13 monthly Working hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00-17:00 (including 1 hour break)
