NOS Hotel & Villas is seeking:

Administration Officer

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 3+ years of experience working as Personal Assistant, Secretary, Administrator, Hotel Receptionist or Guest Services role.
  • BSc in Marketing / Tourism / Design / Construction or relevant field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, excellent knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Competency in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
  • Self-motivated and trustworthy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • A high level of attention to detail with the ability to learn new skills quickly and use own initiative

Job Duties

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Organizing events and conferences
