Our team is seeking for a SOLID Administrative Assistant to join our innovative team dedicated to transforming how organisations experience their corporate events.

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission, overseeing all aspects of office administration with precision and efficiency. From managing various administrative responsibilities to coordinating logistics, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless execution at every turn.

But that's not all. In addition to office administration duties, you'll also have the opportunity to shape our social media presence, sharing our story and vision with the world. Through strategic content management and engagement, you'll help amplify our brand's reach and impact, captivating audiences far and wide.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor phone calls, emails and incoming correspondence/mail, take necessary action
  • Manage document administration and filling tasks, including printing, scanning, preparing and collecting documents for execution with meticulous attention to detail
  • Prepare forms and applications for bank institutions, suppliers or authorities
  • Undertake research on internal or external matters with the ability to prepare informative documentation
  • Perform data entry, maintain records and prepare reports
  • Invoices and expenses management
  • Coordinate requests and communication with other team members
  • Maintain social media presence by utilizing existing content and scheduling posts for all social media platforms
  • Manage social media accounts to achieve network growth

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in similar position
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English
  • Fan of social media
