LMW is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities: - Act as the first contact person to respond in telephone calls and perform reception duties
- Coordinate all administrative functions, including operations, day-to-day office tasks, communication with clients
- Perform back office duties - organize relevant information in Excel files, set proper reminders, conduct filing
- Respond to employees queries about HR-related issues
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Support the International Sales & Recruiting team
Requirements
- Working experience as an Administration Officer is a prerequisite
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent English skills
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word)
