Objective
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support the top management and all employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Administrative Assistant will provide basic office support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily interaction with customers, intermediaries and other associated third parties, accurate processing of data onto IT systems and ensuring that workloads are processed efficiently and effectively in accordance with company’s policies and procedures,
- Meeting and greeting visitors/associates/partners and provide general support,
- Handle the call center,
- Handle courier services by sorting and distributing post,
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management,
- Prepare presentations/proposals, as assigned,
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, administer meeting room bookings,
- Maintain and monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary,
- Book travel arrangements,
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties,
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements

- Professional personal presentation,
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal,
- Proactive, flexible, initiative multi-tasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail,
- Ability to resolve problems timely and effectively,
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, and help with various tasks,
- Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information
Skills:
- At least 2-year experience in an administrative role,
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
- Bachelor’s Degree (will be considered an asset) or Secretarial Support School Graduate,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek language
