Administrator (Technical Department)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will perform various and critical front office duties, including answering customer emails and phone calls, supporting the RMA and Technical Department, interact with business partners, couriers and be a pivotal part of the service team. This position requires a resourceful individual whom can multitask and deliver a high level customer service in a high pressure working environment.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Greek and English.  
• Good knowledge of Office suite programs.
• Knowledge of IT products will be consider an advantage.
• A self-driven individual whom does not hesitate to take initiative and take action.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
