Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth running of the Accounts Department.
• Preparation of monthly Financial Managements reports.
• Preparation of Profitability and production costing reports for the items manufactured by the company.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Posting transactions into the accounting system.
• Preparation and payment of creditors, VAT, Social Insurance contributions and Government taxes.
• Preparation and submission of Intrastat reports.
• Preparation and payment of monthly staff payroll.
• Maintaining accounts of the Company’s Provident Fund.
• Negotiation and renewal of all Company Insurance policies.
• Various administrative duties.

• Good communication with the management and the external auditors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Professional qualification: Qualified Chartered or Certified Accountant.
• Working experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
• Computer literate – Hands on experience with computerized accounting systems, use of Windows and MS Office. Knowledge of the Accounting Software “SAP Business One” will be considered as an additional advantage. 

Remuneration

A very attractive package is offered based on qualifications and experience, including 13th salary, performance bonus and Provident Fund.
