Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at one of our Paphos Hotels as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily restaurant and bar operation.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Ensure efficient handling of reservations, seating, and guest inquiries.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Uphold health and safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Provide support in scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a 4* or 5* hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings as required.
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
