As an Associate Marketing Manager Patient Care you have an instrumental role in driving the marketing strategy, product and lifecycle management (incl. launches and phase-outs) of the respective Patient Care solutions in close collaboration with cross functional partners, teams and stakeholders from Global and the Region. You hold responsibility for shaping and coordinating  customer journey interactions in order to create one efficient Omni channel experience . You focus on on-label content development and channel strategy implementation incl. events & congress plan, digital interactions. 

The Opportunity:

• You will lead product management initiatives for our healthcare diagnostics portfolio, driving innovation and maximizing revenue.

• You will collaborate with global and affiliate teams to develop business plans, marketing strategies, and other key initiatives.

• You will partner with demand planning and logistics teams to ensure optimal product supply and timely information dissemination.

• You will manage the lifecycle of digital and hardware products, from launch to post-launch strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

• You will influence global marketing campaigns through contributions to country calls and collaboration with finance, sales, and marketing teams.

• You will facilitate seamless execution of tactical plans and leverage market insights to adapt strategies effectively.

• You will coordinate content strategy and messaging based on market research and global strategy, ensuring an omnichannel approach for customer engagement.

Who You Are:

• You hold a University degree in Science, Business Administration, or Marketing ; an MBA or Master in Marketing is a plus.

• You have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare diagnostics or pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on Greece ; experience in diabetes and/or consumer marketing advantageous.

• You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and proficiency in digital marketing strategies .

• You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing digital initiatives .

• You are fluent in English and ideally in Greek , with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic about new technologies and collaborative problem-solving attitude.
