We are seeking a dynamic and proactive B2B Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic partnerships and amplify our brand presence through collaborative marketing efforts. This role will involve fostering relationships with existing partners, organizing partner events and other joint marketing activities, conducting competitive analysis, and providing valuable insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Create synergy with partners:
- Develop joint marketing activities, such as events, content partnerships, and PR materials
- Collaborate with partners on case studies and industry-specific initiatives to showcase mutual success
Partnership program strategy:
- Formulate and execute strategies for partnership programs, with a focus on agencies and key partners
- Support key partner meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other strategic engagements
Quarterly case studies:
- Coordinate the creation of quarterly case studies with existing partners across all top regions and verticals
- Leverage case studies for PR purposes and as marketing collateral for potential partners and events
Partner event management:
- Organize partner events, QBRs, and round table discussions with clients in strategic regions
- Identify and facilitate participation in external events focused on specific verticals
- Data analytics and competitive analysis:
- Gather and provide up-to-date worldwide statistics, including penetration rates, demographics, etc.
- Conduct competitive analysis from product, sales, and marketing point of view
Direct partner engagement:
- Establish direct communication channels with partners to understand their marketing needs
- Identify opportunities for further collaboration and support to enhance partner relationship

REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of proven strategic and hands-on experience in partner marketing, event management, PR and strategic planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with partners
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in IT/telecom/mobile industries is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
