As the Business Enablement & Collaboration Lead , your mission is to enable our organizational operating model to thrive, driving maximum impact and value for Roche, Society, and Patients . You will orchestrate and coach our Enabling Leadership Team and various teams, leading discussions for improvement and ensuring effective collaboration across functions and regions by breaking down barriers and providing fresh insights .  In addition, you act as a strategic partner of the Leadership Team, bringing new organizational perspectives, coaching our senior leaders, facilitating decision making where needed and leading without authority.

The Opportunity

• You lead according to Roche Values and develop, practice and live the VACC ( Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and Coach ) principles to provide effective leadership for the entire organization to operate effectively. 

• You translate our Strategic Direction into Action , by leading the Triple Win Forum that consists of representatives from the organization, who jointly decide on the starting, stopping and continuation of cross-functional squads in line with the company's objectives. 

• You drive a diverse team collaborating closely with Chapter Leads and Squads to align on available resources and capabilities .

• You act as a Coach and Catalyst towards the organization, including the Enabling Leadership Team, to evolve our mindset, skills and capabilities to ensure our people, our operating model and strategic direction will flourish.

• You design and implement organizational wide agile practices , such as learning cycles, goal-setting methodologies (e.g. OKRs, OBPs), retrospectives, etc.

• You role model the implementation of our decision making framework by stimulating teams to take bold decisions, experiment and learn by applying different decision making processes , while always ensuring clarity on the right decision making and authority levels.

• You ensure adherence to corporate policies and quality standards while optimizing execution, cost management, and strategic alignment across the organization, identifying synergies and streamlining opportunities.

Who You Are

• You hold a MSc or equivalent in Organizational Management, Psychology, Change Management, Business Administration , or related field.

• You have more than 10 years of experience in the health industry , with strong preference for In Vitro Diagnostics ; proficiency in agile methodologies , organizational change , and coaching is required.

• You have strong communication skills in English and preferably in Greek with high digital literacy (Google Workspace, Windows, etc.)

• You are comfortable leading without formal authority , prioritizing diverse perspectives , fostering inclusivity & team empowerment , and have a proven record of accomplishment in driving organizational change and innovation , ideally in complex environments.

• You demonstrate systems & strategic thinking , considering both downstream and upstream impacts for organizational benefit and exhibit curiosity & decisiveness , leveraging available data and delivering with urgency while maintaining quality.
