Responsibilities:
- Take on tasks from the sales managers to alleviate their workload, including but not limited to creating quotations, preparing spares, and attending to simple offers.
- Prepare offers and quotations for clients based on their requirements.
- Gather and organize information for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a system to track contracts and offers, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Assist in processing sales and billing information, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Monitor the implementation of contracts and sales orders until the billing phase, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop skills to transition into an Account Manager role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in English.
