Job Description - Executive Assistant

In one sentence As an Executive Assistant at Amdocs, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to one or more executives within the company. You will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations and ensuring the efficient execution of tasks and projects. What will your job look like?

  • Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Screening and prioritizing incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases.
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Serving as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Anticipating the needs of executives and proactively addressing them to optimize their productivity.

All you need is...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
