We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll primarily be responsible for supporting the financial reporting process and providing assistance with financial administration tasks, with particular emphasis on facilitating the reimbursement process for employee business trips.

While the primary focus of this role is financial administration, we anticipate transitioning to a more automated system for reimbursement and reporting in the future. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who possess other valuable skills and are eager to contribute beyond financial tasks. This may include assisting with various administrative duties within the business travel team, such as coordination, organization, and project support.
