Job Description - French Speaking Sales Advisor

Position Overview: We are in search of an accomplished and multilingual French-Speaking Sales Advisor to spearhead our sales efforts in the vibrant Athens market. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a flair for sales, an unwavering commitment to customer success, and a passion for driving business growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue generation in the French-speaking segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your fluency in French to conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to engage with potential clients and generate leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our comprehensive suite of software products and services to effectively articulate their value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to devise and implement targeted sales strategies, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive business growth.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native fluency in French, coupled with proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [X years] of experience in a sales role, preferably within the software industry.
