CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Advisory and Fiduciary Services Firm with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Front-Desk Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including assisting with the execution of various documents, liaising with messengers, answering and transferring incoming phone calls, and the ordering of office supplies. An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies and/or Business Administration will be considered an advantage, and previous experience in a relevant position is highly desirable, in particular gained working for either a Law Firm or Corporate Services provider. Excellent communication skills both Greek & English are a must. The working hours for this position are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. An attractive salary is on offer, based on skills and experience.
