ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Software Development and Consulting Firm , with local and international clientele, is seeking to hire a driven  Full Stack Software Developer, passionate about programming, to join their dynamic team based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Full Stack Software Developer – Ref. 5597/FSD/ESS/CY

Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in designing, developing, and deploying full stack solutions for Financial Institutions and Law Firms, leveraging expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
• Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing software systems, addressing issues promptly and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality software products.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and deployment guides, to ensure clear understanding and efficient maintenance of software systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, and proactively explore new tools and techniques to improve development processes and deliver innovative solutions.
• Communicate project status, progress, and technical concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent working environment.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and security, and implement best practices for code quality and performance optimization.
• Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and scalability and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and responsiveness of software applications.
• Adhere to coding standards, version control procedures, and software development methodologies, ensuring consistency, reliability, and maintainability of codebase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Strong understanding of web environments, database schema design, design patterns, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience in building Cloud Web Applications will be considered as an advantage.
• Proficiency in .NET Core and Angular will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal.
• Background in systems administration or cloud infrastructure administration.
• Sharp analytical skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Capacity to learn and apply new technologies to innovate software products.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
