Head of Marketing

Praxis is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to generate leads, drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads and support growth objectives.
• Maintain and develop the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert target customers, leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
• Oversee the development of high-quality content across various channels, to engage target audiences and drive customer acquisition.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives
• Collaborate closely with other department to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a unified approach.
• Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute Expo and conference booths and branding to enhance visibility and awareness.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
• Extensive experience in a leadership or managerial position within a Marketing department.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the technology or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
