MSC SHIPMANAGEMENT LTD , the world’s leading ship management company in the industry, continuous its growth and fleet expansion and as a result we are looking to hire HR & Admin Officer to join our Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
- Provides daily back up to all HR Functions
- Assisting on preparing required documentation for Labour Department approvals
- Assisting on preparing required documentation for new expatriate employee entry permits
- Assisting on the preparation of all required documents for issue / renew working permit for expatriates
- Assisting on preparation of all required documents for VISA issuance
- Assisting on every administrative issue of the HR department
- Assisting on processing documents and preparation of reports relating to personnel activities(like absence, annual leaves, etc)
Skills and Experience:
- Bsc in Human Resource Management or relevant field
- Familiarity with HRIS
- Basic Knowledge of Labour Legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Solid Organizational and communicational skills
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
- Preferable two (2) years' experience on a similar position
