LMW is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The role will be based at the company's headquarters in Athens.
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in partnering with our clients to align HR strategies with business objectives. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and more. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of HR initiatives that foster a positive work culture and drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement organizational development initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop HR strategies that support their objectives
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leadership and management teams
- Lead initiatives related to emloyee relations, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Conduct thorough analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, offering guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning and identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Oversee HR initiatives, systems and tactics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
