How you will contribute to EveryPay's vision

We are looking for an HR Manager to join the EveryPay team .

As an HR Manager your goal is to drive the full people agenda while acting as a trusted advisor and coach to partnering stakeholders - Managers and ICs - throughout their employee life journey. Additionally, you will act as the main liaison between EveryPay and Skroutz People ops team ensuring alignment and consistency in culture and people ops tools.

What you will be doing

Indicatively, as an HR Manager at EveryPay you will:

  • Cultivate close and effective relationships with People Managers and their teams, while acting as a trusted people advisor to identify and achieve shared objectives, coaching, advising, and supporting them with their people plans, talent needs and employee relations support
  • Lead end-to-end hiring initiatives ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Design policies, frameworks, and tools such as a performance management framework that will enable the team to achieve operational excellence and organisational success
  • Analyze people metrics and drive action plans that will ensure team happiness and effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics
  • Provide advice and guidance on any issues that the team is facing
  • Oversee the entire administration of personnel and payroll processes, with a constant focus on improving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Champion EveryPay and Skroutz Values and Culture, being their ambassador and supporting the continual embedding of them in everything we do

Requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR professional with the following attributes:

  • HR Master: strong HR Knowledge including practices around Talent Acquisition, Performance Mgmt, Employee Relations, Comp & Ben and HR policies
  • Payroll Enthusiast: good knowledge of payroll management, labour legislation and ERGANI
  • Strategic Thinking is your key skill: you can think strategically, analyze complex issues and assess the impact of HR-related decisions on the business while anticipating future needs
  • Relationship-building Fan: with your excellent interpersonal skills, you develop trust and credibility to be a valuable partner towards all stakeholders
  • Communication Skills: you have strong verbal/ written communication skills being able to adapt your communication style depending on the audience and situation, in English and Greek language
  • Insights Admirer: you are comfortable working with data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making
  • Leading by example is your motto: you demonstrate leadership qualities. You inspire and motivate, acting as a trusted advisor both to managers and individual contributors
  • ‘No learning rest for the wicked’: as the world keeps evolving, you being an HR Pro stay committed to staying up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Marketplace Industry Savvy: having Tech, Product Development, Marketplace and/or eCommerce-related biz Acumen will win you a head start
