In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Associate to join our HR Outsourcing team in Athens . 

As a part of our team you will

• Support the design, update and implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Ensure effective onboarding / offboarding plans

• Administer Compensation & Benefits plans

• Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel  records 

• Update recruiting, performance management, and training databases

• Gather and analyze data through useful HR metrics and prepare relevant reports and presentations

• Support the recruitment process  (e.g. publish ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews, etc.)

• Gather monthly payroll and absence data and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

• Respond to employees’ queries in an effective and timely manner

What we are looking for

• BSc in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines

• MSc in HRM will be considered an advantage

• One to three (1-3) years of professional experience as an HR Assistant, HR Generalist or in relevant role

• Familiarity with HR functions

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)

• Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office

• Knowledge of Greek labor law will be considered a plus

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Outstanding organizational & multitasking skills 

• Attention to detail  & numerical understanding

• A confident and positive attitude with strong team working ethics but also with the ability to work autonomously

• Military services fulfilled
