Job Description - HR Project Manager

Due to continuous growth and expansion,  Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit an HR Project Manager for the People & Culture department in our  Marousi premises .

As an HR Project Manager , the ideal candidate will plan, execute and oversee HR projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget by working closely with the People & Culture team and cross-functional teams to implement strategies and initiatives that support company's objectives.

More particularly:

What you will do:

Requirements

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure projects adhere to project management standards and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Implement and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant technologies
  • Coordinate and consolidate monthly HR KPI report
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for HR metrics and project status
  • Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for HR strategy improvement
  • Ensure HR projects comply with legal requirements and company policies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through effective risk management strategies
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support
  • Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans
  • Identify project challenges and proactively develop solutions
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and business environment
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for HR initiatives
  • Prepare and support employees through HR transitions and transformations
  • Measure and report on the impact of change management activities

 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR project management or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is highly desirable

 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workable)
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
