Job Description - HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your main purpose

Pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our prestigious organization. Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the recruitment process for various roles across the corporate departments in the company.

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process  including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and preferences, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate and schedule interviews , assessments, and other recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Support the onboarding process  for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.

Maintain candidate pipelines and databases to ensure a steady flow of talent for current and future hiring needs.

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 / 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and technologies.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.
