Pafilia Property Developers Ltd is looking to recruit an IT Officer to join a dynamic and passionate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in both maintaining our day-to-day IT operations and contributing to longer-term projects involving infrastructure and software development.

Location: Main Office, Paphos

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to users for both hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of problems.

• Assist in the development and implementation of new software and systems, contributing to projects from conception through to completion.

• Maintain and upgrade existing IT infrastructure to enhance functionality and ensure security.

• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and implement technology solutions that increase productivity.

• Manage IT inventory, including procurement and maintenance of hardware and software resources.

• Document IT procedures and user instructions to improve knowledge and handling of IT resources.

• Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of systems and related infrastructures.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the industry standards and maintain data integrity.

• Participate in training and support for users to enhance their skills and use of technology.

Necessary Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT support, development, system administration, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

• Experience in managing, developing, and troubleshooting IT systems.
