Pay: €23000 - €30000 Depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The Infrastructure Engineer will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security and performance to support our business operations effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced Windows / Microsoft IT environment.
• Strong understanding and experience in supporting Microsoft workstation and server operating systems.
• Proven experience as a project technical lead.
• Experience providing workstation break-fix support.
• Exposure to VoIP telephony / CCX administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) Admin Center, M365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Defender and SharePoint Online.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Basic exposure and understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows / Microsoft IT environment, including workstation and server operating systems, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• When required, serve as a technical lead on infrastructure projects.
• Provide break-fix support for workstations, addressing hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Administer VoIP telephony systems and Contact Center Express (CCX), ensuring seamless communication and support for our telephony infrastructure.
• Manage and administer Microsoft services such as Entra (Azure AD) Admin Center, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Defender and SharePoint Online to maintain security and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and projects, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.
• Actively pursue professional IT certifications and engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
