IT Administrator

In Natech , we are looking for an IT Administrator who is enthusiastic about his/her work and eager to innovate and apply their skills in our company. The job holder will play a vital role in supporting the IT infrastructure and operations of our organization. Under the guidance of senior IT staff, will assist in managing and maintaining our technology systems, providing technical support to end-users, and contributing to various IT projects and initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth in the field of information technology. Key Responsibilities- subject but not limited to:

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers (cloud & on premises).
• Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Cooperating IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration. Nice To Have :
• Security Oriented Mindset (Forti)
• Experience with Microsoft Platforms (Azure & 365)

Requirements

Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Administrator
• Adept in wired, wireless network security, and systems security management.
• Well experienced in Active Directory access management and Windows platforms (servers & workstations).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft platforms (windows workstations, servers & SQL Databases).

• Experienced in virtualized solutions.
• It would be considered a plus:
• Experience in router-firewall.
• Experience in cloud solutions.
• Certification on any or all: networks, windows servers, Microsoft Azure, Compliance.
• Advanced Greek and English (oral & written).
• EU valid work and residence permit.
