Full time
Location: Thessaloniki Main Responsibilities:

• Configuration and supporting Laptop/Desktop workstations, Windows 10 OS, MS Office 365 applications etc.
• Need to be flexible and professional to solve any issues that arise which will also require excellent communication skills.
• Advise the IT Manager on additional services which could be provided by either existing or new IT systems and technological advances.
• Ensure that all computer systems are working according to specific standards and provide immediate support to staff and guests as required.
• Develop a good understanding of the infrastructure.
• Perform systems backups and data recovery.
• Provide status reports, creating and keeping adequate documentation for follow-ups.
• Troubleshoot any problems with the hardware and network infrastructure.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

• BSc in Information Technology/Computer Science (relevant master’s degree would be highly appreciated).
• At least 3 years’ experience in:

• IT Systems and User Support
• Windows workstations installation, update and configuration in a network environment (Windows 10, Applications, User profiles, TCP/IP).
• User account and email administration (Active Directory, MS Office 365).
• Security-related technologies (AV, Firewalls, Web filtering).
• Good knowledge of network troubleshooting and firewalling.
• Ability to work in an environment requiring tenacity and problem solving.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment following specific rules and procedures.

Additional Skills that will be considered a plus:

• Holder of CCNA/CCNP
• Experience in Hyper-V
• Knowledge of PowerShell coding language for scripting
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Softone ERP
