Job Description - IT Support Engineer

Job Title: IT Support Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled IT engineers to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are currently hiring IT engineers to support our clients with a wide range of IT infrastructure, support, and administration tasks. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems, providing technical assistance, and maintaining the highest level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure laptops/PCs for new deployments and handle changes for existing ones.

- Monitor, set policies, and manage updates for Bitdefender Antivirus software.

- Administer and support ENTERSOFT ERP and EPSILONET systems.

- Administer and support IBM MAXIMO platform.

- Perform database administration tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Maintain accurate records of equipment and update employee profiles as needed.

- Configure and install VPN connections for secure remote access.

- Provide comprehensive support to internal users for workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment.

- Quickly replace damaged equipment to minimize downtime.

- Install and configure software applications as required.

- Manage email backups and transfer them to cloud storage.

- Archive files of former colleagues for retrieval purposes.

- Support call center applications and ensure phone synchronization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve printer issues and provide maintenance support.

- Address various infrastructure issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

- Manage company domains and hosting services as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience in IT support and administration roles for at least 3 years.

- Strong technical skills in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP and database management.

- Familiarity with VPN configurations and network security protocols.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

- Certification in relevant IT technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus.

- Microsoft Servers, O365, Azure technologies, HyperV, ESXi mandatory.

- Basic Network administration.

- Basic Information Security knowledge.

- Fulfilled Military Service if applicable.
