We are looking to hire a candidate for a Junior Accountant position - Office Administrator .The requirements for this position are: Candidate’s Profile:

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven work experience as Assistant Accountant for at least 2- 3 years
• Computer literate (Excellent knowledge of Office Programmes, Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Motivated and able to prioritize work assignments
• Integrity and professionalism
• Capable of working without supervision when outdoors assignments occur
• Strong Administration Skills

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate’s Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly book keeping records
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements , general ledgers and MyData submissions
• Undertake outside jobs , real estate bookings and visits to authorities
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
• Document expenses and hand in reports
• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary, prepare agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
