Job Description - Junior Corporate & Compliance Administrator

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique Trust & Corporate Services Provider with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate & Compliance Administrator to join their growing team. A junior-level position with full training and support provided, our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law, Secretarial Studies or another relevant discipline, who have the hunger and desire to forge a successful career within the fiduciary services sector. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the registration of new companies, drafting of some basic legal documents, opening of bank accounts in Cyprus and/or abroad, as well as carrying out KYC procedures. Any previous experience in a relevant role is highly desirable, although Recent Graduates are also encouraged to apply. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer based on skills and experience, and the working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and from 08:00 to 16:00 each Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Registration of new Companies, submitting forms to the Registrar of Companies.
  • Drafting some basic legal documents, amendments (POA, Agreements, Resolutions).
  • Preparation of Corporate Register.
  • Opening bank accounts in Cyprus or abroad/updating KYC for the banks.
  • Audit assistance for Cyprus companies (providing legal documents and KYC).

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background related to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Any previous experience in the Corporate Services sector will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must.
  • Previous experience working with Quorum and/or eBOS will be considered an advantage.
  • Document management skills.
  • Pleasant personality, able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with her/his colleagues.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to multitask and willing to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
