Job Description - Junior Office Manager

About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Maternity Leave Cover Position: July 1, 2024 - February 15, 2025

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Office Manager. 

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our Limassol office during the maternity leave of one of our employees. If you are organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Tasks in the role

  • Plan and coordinate small office events in alignment with company objectives;
  • Evaluate and analyze current supplier arrangements across various office needs;
  • Propose modifications to enhance efficiency and variety in supplier options;
  • Ensure a seamless transition by transferring tasks from the current office manager;
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel;
  • Manage office administration duties to ensure smooth office operations;
  • Coordinate office maintenance and ensure facilities are well-maintained;
  • Maintain operational continuity during the transition period.

Requirements

  • Proven event management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines and budgets;
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and supplier arrangements and develop strategic solutions;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders;
  • Adaptability and initiative to proactively address challenges and drive initiatives forward;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • Basic understanding of office management practices and procedures;
  • Additional qualification as an Administrative Manager will be a plus;
  • Proficiency in English and Greek is essential;
  • Proficiency in Russian is considered an advantage.
