On behalf of our client, a long-established and successful iron steel trading Cypriot company, we seek to recruit for the position of Logistics Manager, a competent and qualified individual to join their professional team in Larnaca.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining, strong and productive relationships with all clients to guarantee a consistent and reliable supply chain with compliance to organizational policies
• Monitoring and evaluating all orders and sales processes as well as preparing order reports
• Monitoring and evaluating all order issues
• Answering customers’ questions, resolving problems, and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources
• Maximizing customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, logistics or a related field
• Holder of an MBA postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage
• Practical experience in a similar position
• High customer service orientation
• Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
• Ability to communicate at different levels
• Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on attitude
• Computer literate with very good knowledge of MS Office

Remuneration

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and practicable experience including:
