Marketing Assistant

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its Client, a Leading Law Firm, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant , based in Athens.

As a Marketing Assistant you will support the marketing team with various tasks aimed at promoting the firm's services and enhancing its Brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Creating, posting and updating content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials
• Assisting in the planning and coordination of marketing events and activities
• Preparing marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases
• Collecting and analyzing marketing data and providing reports to the marketing team
• Assisting in managing and updating the company's CRM database
• Providing general administrative support to the marketing team
• Working closely with other members of the marketing team and attorneys across all departments
• Submitting practice area content to international legal directories

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing - Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• From 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within a professional services company
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite) especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in English language (verbal, written)
• Strong attention to detail
• High energy and unpretentious personality
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
