Marketing Assistant

One Salonica Outlet Mall, Thessaloniki

Brief Description

Provide support to the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies. The analysis of data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with the implementation of the Annual Marketing programs.
• Composes and posts online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Assists with all necessary Creative adjustments & executions.
• Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Assists with events, activations, and special projects, as needed.
• Liaises with tenants to ensure that Marketing assets are delivered timely and as needed; troubleshooting when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Social Media savvy (all channels) with experience in content creation.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications.

• Well-organized with demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
