Job Description - Marketing & Communications Executive

We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented Marketing & Communications Executive to join our dynamic team. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for crafting compelling stories about luxury experiences? If so, we want to hear from you!

The Role

In this role, you'll play a key role in developing and executing our comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. You'll be co-responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing business growth, and ensuring a consistent brand image across all channels.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute annual PR, communications, and content strategies for our brand and hotels.
  • Create and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant KPIs.
  • Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials, including press releases, website content, newsletters, social media posts, and guest communications.
  • Oversee brand and hotel website content and presence across all communication channels, including owned media and third-party platforms.
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials (collateral, direct mail, advertising, presentations, etc.) by working with external partners (creative agencies, designers, printers, etc.).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing technologies and social media trends, specifically within the luxury hospitality industry.
Requirements

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
  • A solid understanding of social media key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with video editing software and design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Experience managing website and email newsletter platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A creative, innovative, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • A positive, team-oriented, and adaptable attitude.
  • The ability to travel for scheduled trips to Santorini during the hotel's operational season.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
