Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 4* hotel, Lux & Easy Signature Syggrou 234, during nighttime hours. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage all front desk activities during the night shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs, inquiries, and reservations. Provide exceptional customer service to guests arriving late or departing early.
• Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile daily revenue, prepare financial reports, and handle any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations and enhance their overall experience. Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options as needed.
• Perform various administrative duties such as filing paperwork, processing payments, and updating guest records in the hotel management system. Assist with the preparation of reports for management as required.
• Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff members, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field required.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in related roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
