Duties/Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will be in charge of the front desk, answer calls and ensure the smooth running of the accounting firm's administrative matters.
- Duties will include communication with clients, banks and the Registrar of Companies, to perform company searches online and maintain various job related schedules for control purposes.
- To assist the audit staff with the completion of certain preliminary non-specialized audit routines.
- Perform online client data collection using the firm's KYC software.
- Good knowledge of the English language and use of Microsoft Office is essential.
