Alokozay General Trading (Cyprus) Ltd is seeking to recruit an Office Assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
- General administration and reception duties, including answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
- Filing of documents and records
- Issuing invoices
- Processing of Sales Returns
- Participating in Credit Control procedures
- Assist and support the Accounting and Sales departments
- Recording payment collections
Requirements:
- High school Graduate, Secretarial/Accounting studies is required
- Excellent command of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy especially on Microsoft Word/ Excel
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability and willingness to learn fast
- Excellent organization and time management skills
No previous experience is required while ability to learn is a must.
