Responsibilities:
- Everyday office administrative support
- Conduct any interaction with the public sector, suppliers, and associates
- Order and dispense office supplies
- Maintain paper and electronic filing system
- Schedule company events, meetings etc
Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience
- Solid understanding of basic corporate principles
- Excellent Greek and English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accounting or in Finance or in Business Administration or Secretarial any other related field will be considered an advantage
- Team player who can work on its own initiative
- Good communication and organization skills
- Cross-cultural skills as we have employees from different nationalities
- Ability to multi-task
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
