On behalf of our client, a reputable law firm in Larnaca that offers a comprehensive range of legal, corporate, immigration, and commercial services, we are seeking to hire a Paralegal Administration Officer.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field.
- 2 years of experience working in a legal setting.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- General support.
- Internal or external communication and correspondence management.
- Carrying out administrative tasks.
- Maintain an efficient filing system. Case and file management, both physical and electronic.
- Good knowledge of Zygos will be considered as advantageous.
- Corporate administration, including Registrar of Company filings.
- Office support work, including liaises directly with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other national and governmental bodies, banks, land registry, service providers, courier, or postal services.
- Assisting the clients with AML aspect.
- Liaising with clients and maintaining strong client relations
- Monitors and handles corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues etc.)
- Provides guidance on real estate transactions, preparation of agreements and / or any other relevant document for the transaction.
- Review contracts, transactions, and operational matters to guarantee their compliance with legal regulations.
- Review and/or draft resolutions/minutes, loan agreements, shareholders’ agreement, share purchase agreement and other agreements.
- Communicates with clients in relation to the execution of their requests.
- Liaises with the Civil Registry & Migration Department: preparation of visa applications, review/collection of supporting documents, submission to the competent authorities, following through until completion.
- Provides utmost confidentiality in all business-related matters.
