Job Description - Personal Assistant

Revotech is currently looking for a determined and experienced Personal Assistant on behalf of The Olon, a premier luxury hospitality and real estate company based in Athens. Renowned for delivering exclusive experiences along the Athenian Riviera, The Olon specializes in high-end concierge services, sophisticated real estate development, and investment facilitation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-level and executive administrative support 
  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-up as needed
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required
  • Handle personal matters for executives, including managing personal appointments and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with legal-related tasks, such as reviewing contracts, preparing financial reports, and liaising with external partners as necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters 
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, record-keeping, and office management tasks
  • Plan and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for the executive
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal departments, board members, shareholders, and external stakeholders
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a legal or executive environment for at least 5 years
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
  • Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and personal matters
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
