Pricing & Business Analyst

DHL Express is the largest courier company in the world and a member of DHL Group, with offices in over 220 countries around the world. We are looking for a Pricing & Business Analyst South East Europe (temporary coverage for the period June 2024 - August 2025), member of the Finance Department and Pricing team. He / She will be based in our offices in Alimos.

The position refers to the Pricing & Business Controlling Manager and is based in our offices in Alimos.

Job Description:

The job holder will be responsible for creating analyses and reports related to the company's sales/ revenues and productivity indicators in Greece and South East European countries. Additionally, they will support the processes and tools of the Pricing department as well as in the whole Finance department.

Specifically:

• Data management and analysis, creation, interpretation, and communication of reports
• Optimization and digitization of the existing reporting system
• Support of the sales department when it comes to offer proposals for existing and potential customers
• Maintenance and development of systems and tools used by the Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams, communicating directly with colleagues within the network
• Support of case studies for new and existing projects through scenario creation, data modeling and relevant simulations
• Participation in the design, implementation, and management of projects within the Pricing & Finance department s

Required Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of the English language (written and oral)
• P roficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, Visual Basic, macros)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics , Statistics, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience with data analysis and presentation tools such as Power BI
• Eas e of use MS Teams
