We are seeking for an experienced individual for the position of Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our Private Banking Unit in Patra .
As a Private Banking Relationship Manager you will act as a Global Private Banking RM providing triple A service to our clients cooperating in all three jurisdictions of the Group PB: Greece, Luxembourg and Cyprus. Responsible to lead new acquisitions of clients and demonstrate a broad knowledge of investments, banking and credit solutions. Business development, financial planning and strong commitment to clients’ needs are essential to deliver a holistic wealth management offering.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- To build trust with clients and effectively manage existing client relationships
- To promote the Private Banking offering to prospect clients demonstrating a generally good knowledge of Bank’s products / services ensuring that these are beneficial to clients’ needs, goals and objectives
- Responsible for the implementation of the business strategic goals focused to Investments, Loans, Increase of Investment Penetration and Profitability
- To commit to a specific budget and provide results which will highly contribute to the business annual target
- To provide the ultimate service to the clients organizing joint meetings with the Group’s specialists and in join cooperation with Advisory team and Asset Management
- Responsible to actively develop your network working on new client sourcing, able to identify potential sales opportunities generating new business for the Bank
- To comply with all regulation related to your day to day business (AML, MiFID II, etc) and ensure successful results in specialized courses assigned periodically
- To address any audit issue on top priority and diligently
You will be a great candidate for us if you:
- Hold a BSc in Economics or a related field; Post graduate studies, in Economics, Finance or Business Administration will be considered as an additional asset
- Have more than 5 years of relevant professional experience in financial or banking institution
- Have a proven track record of building trust with clients and effectively manage relationships possessing a collaborative approach
- Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation/sales skills
- Are fluent in English business language
- Able to work both independently and as a team player
- Are able to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Are proactive and target driven
