Job Description - Program Coordinator

Job description

Responsibilities include:

Customer Service:

  • Ensuring an excellent customer service experience and receiving positive reviews about the program as a whole Academic Support:
  • Assisting prospective students and enrolled participants with program-related questions, application procedures and other tasks as they prepare to study abroad on a Global Semesters program Administrative support:
  • Organizing all activities related to student arrivals in Cyprus, housing, travel (some weekend travel required) and all other organizational activities to run successful programs Communication:

Maintaining close communication with Program Manager and other members on the management team regarding the program activities and events as well as student academic and disciplinary issues Required:

  • Fluency in English and Greek (written and oral)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and social media skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multi-cultural, multi-destination co-workers
  • Demonstrated maturity, with ability to independently follow work-plans and meet
  • objectives
  • Strong passion to help students make the most of their education abroad
  • opportunities
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner on tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally Preferred:
