PROJECT MANAGER (Contract)

ROLE SUMMARY

This is a 3-month Fixed Term Contract. The position holder will be responsible for overseeing and executing all project’s tasks by being the liaison between the Agency and the Client, on software solutions Industry. Defines the project’s scope, goals and deliverables, develops and oversees budget, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops project’s plan, outlining tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Identifies and allocates all resources for project completion as well as implementing strategies related to funds and sponsorships
• Event Management: Develops a comprehensive event plan including agenda, timeline and key activities as well as creating a detailed run sheet outlining the flow of the event A-Z
• Monitors and manages risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders acting as the liaison between V+O and the Client
• Is accountable to organize daily deliverables and for on-time, on-budget completion of all projects
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, standards and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS:

Education & Experience

• Individual must have a University degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication or Advertising.
• A Post graduate degree in Marketing Communication with emphasis on Advertising or Promotion is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Project Management roles.
