Property Management Representative

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Property Management Representative .

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Control and management of subcontractors and suppliers (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
• Direct communication with clients
• Various office administration tasks
• Client support via phone and email
• Inspection of the buildings, externally and internally
• Visiting government authorities (for payment etc.), such as Municipalities, Water Board etc.

Requirements for the position:

• Russian language is a required, English and/or Greek is a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Communicative, friendly, user and team-oriented, well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in a customer’s service field is desirable
• Driving license
