Purchasing Assistant

Pop Life Supermarkets is looking to recruit a Purchasing Assistant to be based at our office at Latsia industrial area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or relevant.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, verbal and written.
• Previous/relevant experience is not a requirement.

Duties

• Purchasing and monitoring products from suppliers.
• Coding of products in the system.
• Liaising with the logistics department regarding new products and invoicing.
• Product allocation for stores.
• Any other administrative job that might come up within the department.
