Job Description - Real Estate Sales Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our sales agents and ensure smooth operations within our real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support : Assist clients with contracts, discuss terms, and handle paperwork and documents related to mortgages or loans. Manage incoming invoices and coordinate with accounting for payments.
  • Client Coordination : Schedule appointments with clients, answer their queries, and keep them informed about property details and optional features.
  • Supplier Liaison : Communicate with suppliers, obtain quotes for construction materials, and assist in purchasing to support construction projects.
  • Project Monitoring : Track and report the progress of construction projects, ensuring clients are regularly updated.
  • Sub-Contractor Management : Coordinate with sub-contractors (e.g., electricians, carpenters, plumbers) to ensure client requests are fulfilled.
  • Property Management Support : Assist the Property Management Coordinator in maintaining commercial and residential properties. Respond to tenant queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • General Tasks : Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Russian, Hebrew, or Greek is an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with real estate technology.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
