Responsibilities - Job Description
- Handle walk-in enquiries
- Arrange lawyer appointments
- Answer and route all incoming calls
- Handle outgoing calls
- Send Teams message to intended recipients for messages taken
- Prepare photocopies
- Scan documents
- Customer hospitality (coffee / refreshments) and ensures a comfortable stay in our office
- Courier waybill / document preparation
- Meeting planning
- Archiving
- Comply with corporate code of conduct
- To travel to external locations as per management directions
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking meetings
- Arranging couriers
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
Qualifications, knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Secondary school leaving certificate / Secretarial studies
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (spoken & written)
- Computer literate (MS Office suite and ability to learn software tools and applications used by the company)
- Well-organised
- Friendly and polite
- Efficient
- Able to deal with clients
- Self-motivated
- Have polished communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to function under pressure
